time now correction kinesiology

Time Correction in Kinesiology and more

“This session will cost you One Million Dollar!”

Provoke a shock state. Being trained in Three in One Concepts [Three In Once Concepts, Centering System] you should be able to understand that one of the factors that keeps a stressor dormant/present is the factor Time. In Three in Concepts the method for checking the presence of this hang-up is to declare the “Million Dollar”-statement: state “This session will cost you One Million Dollar!”  and muscle test. When the brain accepts this as being the case, the muscle test  will go “weak”. You now have an indication of the presence of Time as a factor that keeps on bringing back the same issue over and over again.

This “Million Dollar”-statement in fact is a statement to provoke a shock state. When you have made the correction and all seems clear, declare this simple statement or do something else that will induce a shock-state. It enables you to test whether the correction holds. Even  through bad weather.

Timeline correction. Until recent I reasoned that Time (in grosso: Timeline [Tad James, Time Line Therapy] ) was the only factor that could bring up memories that could raise the same issues over and over again. This worked fine as I divided the Timeline in Past, Present, Future, All the time and Unconscious. Performing the same corrections as in the Present Time. This worked just fine for the testperson and I.

Insights grow, and as this is happening the field of possiblities grows. Than what are these new insights, you might ask. Well, my life’s field of interest is Mindfulness [Shinzen Young, Mindfulness]. And Mindfulness means that you stay in the Moment.

What is it about the Moment?

Time is born in the moment. From here you identify the Future and the Past (and anything else that is time related). In the Moment – the Now – not only Time is born, but also Space. This is called the Time-Space vector. And yet two other vectors are born Criteria-Scope and Meaning-Result [Michael Hall, Matrix Model] (And maybe more, but this is as far as I go for now).

Timeline-correction extended. So from this point of view you can see that new planes are being formed and with that the possibility to go even deeper with the corrections. Up to now the testperson was “clear” when there was no indicator change on the Timeline. With this Matrix approach corrections are made (same as in the present time) on all planes and in all directions (vectors).

There is no going back! You now have to consider – muscle test – all of these possibilities, whether you like it or not. You will not “clear” the issue when you have not corrected the issue in these directions and planes.

And it all comes down to initiating of a shock-state: “This session will cost you One Million Dollar!”.

dna activation | meditation | next step

Sensitization of the body, the gateway to our DNA?

Steps in the sensitization process of the body

Now that we have established that meditation is the natural way to activate the midbrain. The next step is to investigate “What is that good for [midbrain activation]?”

As midbrain activation is the start of the sensitization of the body’s nervous system, the next step in this sensitization process is the activation of the genes that lay dormant in our DNA.  It is stated 97% of our gene-pool is still unexplained. [Ancient Aliens, documentary]

Among the horror stories that are being told about hidden illnesses there might be our clue to the God-gene. How else can we explain logically the experience of the deep spiritual?!

If we are to uplift consciousness in this world – as this was Sri Aurobindo’s goal -, we should follow this route. Because anything else will make us do the same thing over and over again, until this civilization is ready for the dustbin.

mankind of the future | brain activation | supramental | vipassana

2013 … Let us start make a miracle happen, with a miracle mindset

[Par. 1] Kick off the New Year with a miracle mindset. Begin each day with a prayer for peace and happiness. Say out loud or to yourself: “Thank you, inner guide, for reminding me of all of the love and light in my life. I welcome positive support throughout this day. I expect miracles”.
This daily prayer will jump-start your day with a miracle mindset and awaken your consciousness to the greatness around you. [Start the miracle, entheos.com/ideas/gabrielle-bernstein]

[Par. 2] “And waking towards dawn, meditation was the splendour of light for the Otherness was there, in an unfamiliar room. Again it was an imminent and urgent peace, not the peace of politicians or of the priests nor of the contented; it was too vast to be contained in space and time, to be formulated by thought or feeling. … meditation was the very essence of life.” [Jiddu Krishnamurti, www.katinkahesselink.net]

[Par. 3] “… As soon as we arise above mind to the supermind, this initial harmony will be replaced by a greater and a more integral unity.
The thoughts of the supramental reason meet together and understand each other and fall into a natural arrangement even when they have started from quite opposite quarters.
The movements of will that are in conflict in the mind, come in the supermind to their right place and relation to each other. The supramental feelings also discover their own affinities and fall into a natural agreement and harmony.
At a higher stage this harmony intensifies towards unity. The knowledge, will, feeling and all else become a single movement. This unity reaches its greatest completeness in the highest supermind.
The harmony, the unity are inevitable because the base in the supermind is knowledge and characteristically self-knowledge, the knowledge of the self in all its aspects. The supramental will is the dynamic expression of this self-knowledge, the supramental feeling the expression of the luminous joy of the self and all else in supermind a part of this one movement.
At its highest range it becomes something greater than what we call knowledge; there it is the essential and integral self-awareness of the Divine in us, his being, consciousness, Tapas, Ananda, and all is the harmonious, unified, luminous movement of that one existence. …” [Sri Aurobindo, intyoga.online.fr]

[Par. 4] “… We are the result of millions and billions of years of evolution and nature has evolved us to a point at which we have come to a point that we are able to take evolution one step further by getting the control over our mind-body complex and ultimately rise above it. In order to be able to get rid of greed, anger, aggression, envy, jealousy and so forth which are the result of our perception of being a separate entity (our ego) that needs to struggle against other egos to survive in this world, we must develop qualities of true cooperation and compassion that enable us to move on.
Just imagine that once all the cells that now form our bodies existed as separate entities until some of them decided to come together and form something greater, to take evolution to the next phase. We are at that point right now where we can give up our egos for a united global human society. …” [Vipassana, www.ipi.org.in/blogs]

1. Start the miracle of “Mankind of the Future”

It is our duty to make the next step for this world. The development of Civilization – just like in trading –  can make two movements. “Go UP” or “go DOWN”. A civilization can fall back into “dark middle ages” or evolve into a civilization starting “Mankind of the Future”. In the first scenario we have not learned what we were supposed to have learned. In the latter we do have learned something. Just enough to lift the development of mankind into the direction Energy wants us to evolve … to “Mankind of the Future”.

2. It is not by chance

It is not by chance that our world has build up knowledge about computers.
It is not by chance that “we” build computers in mirror of our nervous system.

Now is the time to … become aware that each of us can reach and work towards a personal understanding of our nervous system. For when we activate our midbrain – in ultimo our nervous system –, we also may become aware of the Otherness or the Supramental that lies dormant in each of us. I do not know whether this is equivalent to Kundalini, but I have a strong notion that the answer lies in the Sensitization of our Nervous System. [Given the paragraphs above: Par. 1 to Par. 4]

3. Understanding of our nervous system: brain activation

“… Vipassana is a technique that is being taught in meditation and it is basically the objective and non-reactionary observation of one’s bodily sensations which are arising and passing away while maintaining perfect equanimity.
That is, one observes one’s bodily sensations and whenever a thought enters one’s mind, or one feels an itching sensation, or a pain, or any other sensation – pleasant or unpleasant – one does not react to it, one just observes neutrally, like a scientist for a moment and then returns one’s attention to the object of meditation, to the bodily sensations.
All the while, one keeps in mind that the inherent nature of all sensations, all phenomena is to automatically arise and pass away. Some of them may stay for some time while others may pass away quickly, it doesn’t matter. By simply observing, one slowly gets rid of the deep-rooted conditionings that one has acquired in the past.
Vipassana puts in front of us as the ultimate goal nothing less than one’s complete liberation from all conditionings, which is definitely quite an ambitious aim to have. However, while the goal defines where the journey is going, the effects of Vipassana are to be felt instantaneously, although they can be quite subtle to begin with. [www.ipi.org.in/blogs]

Just like Krishnamurti, Sri Aurobindo and all of those who have gone before us, we – each of us – have to … start observing our thoughts, feelings, pains. Not naming, just observing while maintaining perfect equanimity [Vipassana]. It is from this observing that we activate our brain to function in a whole new way.

4. The old way does not work!

We all know by heart that … the old way does not work!
Living the easy life, the life we have always lived … can and will lead us back into the “dark middle ages”, will bring down our civilization. Is that what you want for you and your children and your childrens children??

If not … then … now is the time to start working for “Mankind of the Future” and …

Kick off the New Year (every day) with a “miracle mindset”.
Begin each day with a prayer for peace and happiness. Say out loud or to yourself:
“Thank you, inner guide, for reminding me of all of the love and light in my life.
I welcome positive support throughout this day. I expect miracles”
.
Let this daily prayer jump-start your day with a miracle mindset and awaken your consciousness to the greatness around you and in you.

Now the reasoning behind this is basic … act as if it is already there and your “brain/body” can only but make it happen! [www.mentalgamecoaching.com/TrainYourMind]

And once you have activated your brain – your nervous system -, you opened the path for Consciousness to experience Otherness or the Supramental first hand.

5. I have a dream

I have a dreamactivation of our brain, our nervous system will lead us to the spirituality – at the end – each of us searching for. Know you can make this happen. And I promise you our world will evolve to a higher standard.

I have a dream … that this is where you and I and our children and our childrens children are heading for. That is what we want … go up, don’t we?!!

How to solve SUDOKU manually | simple

How to solve SUDOKU manually and simple

SUDOKU [1] for the beginner there is only a bunch of numbers. But once you know the ground rules, you can start looking for structures that help you overcome the blur of watching these numbers.

Sudoko in essence is a variation of the game category “MEMORY”.

Basic rules of the game:

  1. Recognize the players. (Learn to recognize the individual components EASILY and QUICKLY: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 ,7 ,8 ,9)
  2. All rows must consist of the number 1 – 9. No same numbers can occur in the same row.
  3. All main squares must consist of the number 1 – 9. No same numbers can occur in the same main square.
  4. Know the related positions. Below are structures that help you to easily position certain sequences. (Positions of numbers may vary the places 1 – 6.)
  5. Follow through. When you have found a  correct number, you should look for the possibilities where the same number are located in the other main squares and fill in that correct number.
  6. Memorize the possiblities. Here is where Memory comes into play. To be able to fill in the correct numbers, you sometimes have to memorize in which row/colomn numbers can reside.

SEE THE LOGIC. Structures that make solving SODOKU more easy:

A. Fulfill the translated positions

––– 123 –––
––– 456 –––
123 ––– 456
123 ––– 456
––– 123 –––
––– 456 –––
1) Positions of the bold numbers
are interchangeable between
the red ones in the series.
123 ––– –––
456 ––– –––
––– 123 456
––– ––– 123
––– ––– 456
123 456 –––
2) You This works in both verticle
and horizontal positions.
123 ––– –––
––– 123 456
456 ––– –––
––– ––– 123
123 456 –––
––– ––– 456
3) All possibilities are in fact
variations on this theme:
––– 123 –––
123 ––– 456
––– 456 –––

B. Fulfill the related positions

––– –x– –––
–x– ––– –––
––– ––– –x–
––– ––– –x–
–x– ––– –––
––– –x– –––
No same number can occur
on the same row.
(Nor vertical, nor horizontal)
–x– ––– –––
––– –x– –––
––– ––– –x–
 ––– ––– –x–
––– –x– –––
–x– ––– –––

I have worked out these structures horizontally, but it works vertically as well.

  • Solving sudoku this way you don’t have to put “small” numbers in the empty squares as to remember the possibilities. Where my solving score was 10-20 minutes, the avarage is down to 3 – 5 minutes.
  • Always think of solving ‘B. Fulfill the related positions’ as you can!!

And when I can not solve it on paper (to many errors) I use sudoku-solutions.com to work it out on the computer. Some how it seems I “see” the possibilities better than when I am working it out on paper.

Any way I am hooked on SUDOKU – as you might have understood that already – mainly because I found these SIMPLE rules to solve this puzzle like SUDOKU.

Project management huna teachings

Project management in light of Huna teachings

As you may recall:  The Eight (7 + 1) Principles of Huna. With focus on a study on Project management I saw a strikeful resemblence with the steps as they are defined for managing a project nowadays.

The Eight (7+1) Principles of Huna

  1. IKE -The world is what you think it is
  2. KALA -There are no limits, everything is possible
  3. MAKIA -Energy flows where attention goes
  4. MANAWA -Now is the moment of power
  5. ALOHA -To love is to be happy with
  6. MANA -All power comes from within
  7. PONO -Effectiveness is the measure of truth
  8. MALUHIA – “See” the good of it in the world; Wu Wei (peace)

I was struck so much I didn’t want to withhold you this line of thought and wrote is as follows:

Step 1. Every project begins with an idea, a notion of something wanting to happen. You don’t know what. There is only this energy that drives you to learn about that new something. (IKE == Vision)

Step 2. And in the meantime your thoughts become clearer and clearer. Where there first was just a notion, you now start to sense the magnitude of that sensation (KALA == Mission)

Step 3. With your number of thoughts growing, your ideas start to sprout in the world. And these ideas get form and shape. (MAKIA == Design)

Step 4. You find the urge to name these ideas. Even if it were only for the sake of discrimination the one thought with the other. (MANAWA == Definition)

Step 5. Then there is a moment you want to write down every thought. And ponder the quality, the quantity and the relationship with the other thoughts. Weighing and dismissing the ones that are found to be light. So you are feeling happy with the streamline of the project until now. (ALOHA  == Plan of Action)

Step 6. Knowing what to do, you take action. Knowing what to do you step forward with strength and power. All power comes from within (MANA == Realization)

Step 7. Now that you have finished your project. You have to test if everything is according the Vision, Mission, Definition and Design. This is the quality check of your project. You now have the time to correct the things you have done. And make sure you are happy in all ways. (PONO == Post Project)

Step 8. After the work is done, it good to let everything come to rest. From inertia comes chaos, and from chaos inertia. Contemplate about the effects. (MALUHIA == Let it be, peace)

Now, I do not consider this to be a unique way of looking at Project management and these Eight Principles of Huna.  Nevertheless I do not wish to withhold you from not telling it to you or anybody else. And since this is a blog, it is the privilege of the writer to write your feelings and ideas. And guess what .. I am feeling great having told you.

I wonder what your ideas are when you follow this line of thinking while you are implementing Project management in your live. Doesn’t give it a sense of magick to your path?

6 key principles persuasion cialdini

Six key principles of persuasion

Robert Cialdini: “Influence – Science and Practice”

“Influence: Science and Practice” (ISBN 0-321-18895-0) – a Psychology book from 2003 examining the key ways people can be influenced by “Compliance Professionals”. Written by Robert B. Cialdini, Professor of Psychology at Arizona State University.

The key premise of the book is that, in a complex world where people are overloaded with more information than they can deal with, people fall back on a decision making approach based on generalizations. These generalizations develop because they allow people to usually act in a correct manner with a limited amount of thought and time. However, they can be exploited and effectively turned into weapons by those who know them to influence others to act certain ways. [WIKI]

The six generalizations or key principles

Reciprocity Scarcity
People tend to return a favor, thus the pervasiveness of free samples in marketing.

Application: Give away value to your prospects – through your blog, newsletter, and free products (ebooks, videos, reports). Once you do this, people will appreciate the valuable content that you provide and reward you by buying your products or subscribing to your feeds.

Perceived scarcity will generate demand.

Application: Build scarcity into your product offering and marketing. Emphasize the fact that there is limited supply and that people need to act fast in order to reap the benefits. For example, if you’re selling an information product, package it with a consulting bonus (only X spots available) and a special price for a limited time. The scarcity component will force potential customers to place more value on the offer and act fast so they don’t miss out on a great opportunity.

Commitment/consistency  Authority
If people commit, orally or in writing, to an idea or goal, they are more likely to honor that commitment because of establishing that idea or goal as being congruent with their self image.

Application: Choose a niche that you have a passion for and build a business in it for the long term. Make a commitment to providing value with your sites and be consistent with your work and your marketing. For example, if you want to make money online with a blog, choose a posting frequency and stick with it, even when you think no one’s reading.

People will tend to obey authority figures, even if they are asked to perform objectionable acts.

Application: Work on becoming a top authority in your niche. Share your ideas through a blog and back up your knowledge base with solid examples and case studies. You don’t need to know everything, but you do need to know more than your target audience.

Social proof Liking
People will do things that they see other people are doing.

Application: Highlight social proof factors in your business. If you have a high RSS feed count for your blog, prominently display it for everyone to see. If you’ve sold a million copies of a certain product, use it as a key piece in your marketing. If you get so much traffic that your server crashes, write about it and apologize for the down time. You get the idea. Sometimes it pays to brag about your accomplishments and popularity.

Perceived scarcity will generate demand.

Application: Use various outlets to show people who you are and connect with your audience. Write blog posts injected with personality and opinions, create videos introducing yourself and explaining your thoughts, and be active on social media channels like Facebook and Twitter. The more you put yourself out there, the more people will like you. The more people like you, the more influence you’ll have.

Influencing as a process

The concepts presented above may be incorporated into a process to be followed by prospective influencers.

Phase 1: Before the influencing session

Step 1: Prepare and plan:

  1. Determine exactly what the influencer needs from the people to be influenced, or client(s).
  2. Determine what the needs and wants of the client are.
  3. Prepare the opening statement.
The opening statement should present an offer that, if accepted, will also help to satisfy the influencer’s needs.
  4. Anticipate possible negative reactions
  5. Plan useful responses.
Role-play is a good way of maximizing the effectiveness of the preparation.
  6. Consult “Influence – Science and Practice” for details and examples.

Phase 2: At the influencing meeting

Step 2: The opening statement is presented.
Step 3: The client’s needs are confirmed.
Step 4: Listen to the client’s response and respond appropriately.
Step 5: Ask the client to accept the prepared offer.
Step 6: The client reacts:

  1. If the client accepts == thanks are expressed and any required formalities are completed.
  2. If the client refuses == another attempt may be made at another time or another potential client may be visited.

Phase 3: Analysis after the meeting

Step 7: Review the influencing experience to achieve a better outcome in the future:

  1. Take the time to review each element.
  2. Ask oneself, “what went well?” and “what could be improved next time?”

Bring structure in chaos | give structures names

When you feel hopeless, you experience chaos

Remember that moment in time when you experienced a “feeling of hopelessness”. Yes, that is right, that moment! Was not that a moment when you felt you had no control over that particulair situation? Let me make an educated guess, you experienced a gray mass. Something you could not get a grip on, something intangible. You just did not know what to do next.

Tip: Structure is recognition of possiblities

Everything has structure of some kind. How gray the matter may be, at the end structure is defined as “the recognition of the possibilities”. The naming of those structures – that contain these possibilities – helps your subconscious to recognize these structures by their given name and switch between them as soon as it feels stuck in the line of attack. As a result you feel like you have control over chaos.

How to play SUDOKU manually (strategies)

E.g. I love SUDOKU [1]. For the beginner there is only a bunch of numbers. But once you know the ground rules, you can start looking for structures that help you overcome the blur of watching these numbers.

Sudoko in essence is a variation of the category “MEMORY”.
Basic rules of the game:

  1. Recognize the players. (Learn to recognize the individual components EASILY and QUICKLY: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 ,7 ,8 ,9)
  2. All rows must consist of the number 1 – 9. (No same numbers can occur in the same row)
  3. Below are structures that help you to easily position certain sequences. (Positions of numbers may vary the places 1 – 6.)
––– 123 –––
––– 456 –––
123 ––– 456
123 ––– 456
––– 123 –––
––– 456 –––
1) Positions of the bold numbers
are interchangeable between
the red ones in the series.
123 ––– –––
456 ––– –––
––– 123 456
––– ––– 123
––– ––– 456
123 456 –––
2) This works in both verticle
and horizontal positions.
Variations on a theme:
123 ––– –––
––– 123 456
456 ––– –––
––– ––– 123
123 456 –––
––– ––– 456
––– 123 –––
123 ––– 456
––– 456 –––
––– –x– –––
–x– ––– –––
––– ––– –x–
––– ––– –x–
–x– ––– –––
––– –x– –––
3) No same number can occur
on the same row
(nor vertical, nor horizontal)
–x– ––– –––
––– –x– –––
––– ––– –x–
 ––– ––– –x–
––– –x– –––
–x– ––– –––

So the next time you feel overwhelmed and experience chaos, take a deep breathe (or two) and learn to see structure. (Structure is what you see in it.) From one, comes two, comes three. And in no time you feel you can handle the situation.
